We at Attendo are now looking for more hourly substitutes for Attendo Home Care in Motala.

About the role

As a care assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere for our customers is a big part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that brighten the everyday life of our elderly.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the individual needs and wishes of the customer

• If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.

• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions

• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)

• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

• Driving license B

Meritorious:

• Experience in care work in elderly care/home care

• Experience in delegation.
